About the organiser
The non-profit Vintage Computing Festival Berlin e.V. has organised the VCFB every year since 2014 on the Wilhelminenhof campus of HTW Berlin – run entirely by volunteers, funded by donations, and with changing partner organisations. Historic computing technology is shown through exhibitions, talks and workshops; admission is free. The association itself has existed since 29 December 2018. It keeps no storage of its own: it does not accept hardware donations, but passes on historic technology to collectors and museums, and the festival includes a giveaway and swap corner.
