⏱ Mon, Thu, Fri 15:00–21:00, Sat 13:00–18:00; closed Tue, Wed, Sundays and public holidays as well as Christmas & New Year's Eve (as of 01 July 2026). If more than 10 guests are still present at 21:00, opening is extended by one hour; short-notice openings (~3 h) on Tue/Wed possible by arrangement (minimum price €75 incl. up to 4 people, €20 for each additional person).

Prices from 01 July 2026 (Mon / Thu+Fri / Sat): adult 3-hour ticket €10/15/–, day ticket €15/20/20; 2-person day ticket €25/35/35; family ticket until 18:00 (parents + own children) €25/35/35; pupils & students €10/12/15; holiday pass €10 (registration by email); with Retro Card (one-off €10) €10/15/15; VIP surcharge +€10 per ticket (extended game archive). Season passes (cancellable monthly, incl. Retro Card + game archive): 1 person €39/month, 2 people €59, pupils/students/under 18 €29, family €79 (+€10 for the first month each). Group bookings (3 h) Mon–Sun also outside opening hours: private €100 / companies €200 base fee + €15/person; educational institutions with 15–35 people without base fee (max. €300).
