Vintage Computing Festival Berlin 2026 (VCFB)

The Vintage Computing Festival Berlin focuses on historical computers and computing technology. In exhibitions, talks and workshops, contributors from all over Germany and abroad show old computers, operating systems, programming languages, networking technology, calculators and computing machines – most of the devices still work. In 2026 there will be a special exhibition on 40 years of the Free Software Foundation, a game room with arcade machines and C64s, a Forth benchmark competition and an audience award. Saturday 10:00–19:00, Sunday 10:00–17:30, admission free. The festival has been run as a volunteer effort since 2014 by the non-profit VCFB e.V. and is financed through donations. The talks are streamed and later published on media.ccc.de.
